Sbaje (sbaje.biz) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Sbaje and every individual who uses the platform.
By registering on or using Sbaje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Sbaje.

Account Registration & Verification
To open an account on Sbaje, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Registration Process
During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Sbaje may request additional documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
Password & Security
The security of your account is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Sbaje support immediately.
If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Withdrawal Conditions

A 100% Welcome Bonus is available on your first deposit. To qualify, you must make your first deposit within 72 hours of registration with a minimum amount of ৳500.
Wagering Requirements
- A wagering requirement of typically 10–20x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated at the time of claiming.
- Wagering requirements can be fulfilled through Sports Betting, casino games, or both — contribution rates vary by game.
- The wagering period is generally 30 days. If the requirements are not met within this time, the bonus will be forfeited.
If bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
Betting Rules

Sports Betting
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
- If odds change before an event begins, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
- If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- No claims will be accepted due to server latency or connection issues during live betting.
Casino Games
- All casino games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the decision of Sbaje's authority is final.
- In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be overturned.
Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit applies to each game and betting market. This limit varies by game and is clearly stated on the relevant game page.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sbaje platform in order to maintain fairness and security. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
Involvement in prohibited activities may result in full balance forfeiture and legal action.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
- Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets to circumvent bonus terms.
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through Sbaje.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
- Software Exploit: Exploiting any bug or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
- False Information: Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Minor's Account: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age.
Account Suspension & Closure
Sbaje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason — including violation of these terms — without prior notice.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account, you can email us at support@sbaje.biz. Any verified balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Reasons for Suspension
- If verification documents are not submitted on time
- If suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns are detected
- For self-exclusion at the user's request
- If there is clear evidence of a terms violation
